Payment is due upon delivery and/or pick up via cash, check, money order, or credit card (processing fees may apply)
Orders must be placed a minimum of 24 hours ahead; NO same day services are available, for both delivery and pick-up
When ordering please remember that our product quantity is listed per yard. Please add your desired quantities together for the most accurate order placement (ex. 10 yds. + 7 yds. for 17 total yards = quantity: 17)

DELIVERY:

Your selected materials will be delivered locally to your home or jobsite. Our materials are all locally sourced and vary by region.

Additional freight charges may apply if one or more of the following conditions are met: driveway unable to accommodate large trucks; specialty equipment required for larger quantities; products not locally available or remote areas; multiple deliveries due to quantity ordered
All requested information must be filled out during your booking or your order will be considered incomplete upon receipt and require next steps before we can fulfill your order; please review and complete form carefully
Customer should expect a brief order verification email after order has been placed
A follow up call will be made if there are concerns with the order, driveway, or additional freight charges
Drop-off area must be clear of mud and debris
Driveway must be a minimum of 8 ft wide
We kindly request that you complete 'Delivery Instructions' with specific details when booking your delivery

PICK UP:

Your materials will be ready at your convenience that best fits your schedule. Our materials are locally sourced and vary by region.

Dirt Masters is currently servicing the following counties along the MS Gulf Coast:

Harrison County, Hancock County, and Jackson County.

At this time, other areas will be considered, but we kindly ask that you call us at (228) 224-5800 to discuss prior to booking. If any areas are booked outside of Harrison, Hancock or Jackson County, they are subject to further review and possible cancellation, so again, we kindly request that you call ahead.

Refund Policy:

No refunds. All sales are final.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Any cancellations or rescheduling must occur a minimum of 24 hours prior to booked date and time; delivery and pick up.

Failure to contact us in a timely manner will result in a $50 processing fee; delivery and pick up.
